Baked trout fillets with smoked pancetta

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of salmon trout
  • Salt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 slices of Bomè smoked pancetta

preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Salt the trout fillets, keeping in mind that the pancetta will also add flavour. Wrap them with slices of smoked pancetta.
Oil a baking dish with a tablespoon of oil, place the trout fillets inside, and cook them for about 20 minutes.

Serve the trout with potatoes in the oven or boiled.
