Roast and peel the peppers, then blend them together with the olive oil, vinegar and honey until a dense cream is obtained. Add salt and chopped parsley and stir. If the cream is too dense, add more olive oil.
Fry the slices of Bomè Carne Salada in a pan.
Fill the panini by spreading the slices with the pepper sauce, and add the Carne Salada and a leaf of radicchio.
