Carne salada parcels, cream cheese and aromatic herbs

Ingredients

For 4 parcels
  • Cream cheese 250 ml
  • 8 slices of Bomè carne salada
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chives
  • A mix of chopped aromatic herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano, summer savoury, or others to your liking).

preparation

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, salt, pepper and the chopped aromatic herbs according to your personal taste.

Meanwhile, take two slices of carne salada, arrange them in a cross, place a spoonful of the prepared mixture in the centre, and tie it together with a strand of chives.

When ready, store the carne salada parcels in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
