Club sandwich with carne salada and speck

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of crustless sandwich bread
  • 4 slices of carne salada
  • 4 slices of speck
  • Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Vine tomatoes
  • Trentingrana
  • Butter

preparation

Melt a knob of butter, brush it onto the slices of bread, and toast them in a pan until lightly golden. Slice the tomatoes and wash a few salad leaves.

Spread the slices of bread with the butter. Take a slice of bread, add the salad, tomato and speck.

Top with another slice of bread, placing the mayonnaise-coated side down. Spread another thin layer of butter on the slice you just added.

Fill with carne salada and Parmesan flakes and top with a slice of bread.

Cut the slices of bread diagonally to create the classic triangles, then skewer the sandwiches and serve.
