English-style roast beef with fine herbal cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 tub of soft cream cheese
  • A mix of herbs to your liking (sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, etc.).
  • Slices of English-style sausage

preparation

Finely chop all the herbs and mix them with the cheese, seasoning with salt.
Spread a few tablespoons of the sauce on a plate, place the slices of roast beef on top and decorate to taste with the flowers.
