Gourmet panini

Ingredients

Gourmet panini
  • 1 panini
  • 1 beef burger
  • 2 thin slices of fontal cheese
  • 4 slices of smoked pancetta from the Bomè Cured Meat Factory
  • 1 apple
  • A handful of lamb's lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Wholemeal gourmet panini
  • 1 wholemeal panini
  • Two slices of English-style roast beef from Salumificio Bomè
  • 2–3 slices of aubergine
  • Cream cheese
  • A mix of chopped aromatic herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano, summer savoury, or others to your liking).
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

preparation

In a bowl, mi the cream cheese, the salt, the pepper and the chopped aromatic herbs according to your personal taste.
Grill 2–3 slices of aubergine on a hot plate for a few minutes, seasoning with salt.

Once the slices are ready, cut the wholegrain panini in half and spread the flavoured cheese on the bases, add the aubergines and the slices of Bomè English-style roast beef.
