Meatballs and speckotto

Ingredients

  • 300/400 g of ground beef
  • 200 g of Bomè speckotto
  • 1 egg
  • Plenty of Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

preparation

In a bowl, combine the minced meat, finely chopped speckotto, egg, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.
Use your hands to shape small meatballs and coat them in breadcrumbs.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil and cook the meatballs.
Place the meatballs on paper towels, and once dry, skewer them onto wooden sticks and serve.
