Piadina with Bomè cured meats

Ingredients

  • Piadina
  • Bomè speck
  • Grilled courgettes
  • Brie
  • Bomè carne salada carpaccio
  • Lamb's lettuce
  • Balsamic vinegar glaze
  • Parmesan flakes
  • Garda olive pulp spread

preparation

Heat the piadinas on a plate and fill them with:

Slices of speck, grilled courgettes and brie
Slices of carne salada carpaccio, Parmesan flakes, balsamic glaze, and lamb’s lettuce

Roll them up, cut them into slices and garnish with the olive pulp spread.
