Roulades with smoked pancetta

Ingredients

  • 8 thin slices of chicken or turkey
  • 1 tub of cream cheese
  • Mixed herbs (sage, rosemary, marjoram, etc.)
  • Sliced smoked pancetta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

preparation

Mix the cream cheese with the herbs and salt.

Cut the slices in two (if they seem too large) and fill them with a spoonful of mixture, then roll them up. Wrap the roulades in the bacon slices. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the roulades over moderate heat.
