The company was founded in 1962 as a small butchery, the brainchild of its founder, Bomè Odorizio. It continued to develop gradually until 1987 when, thanks to his children Silvietto, Dario, and Nora, it began to produce and sell high-quality speck.
In the years which followed, the company experienced a period of development which soon led it to concentrate all its efforts in the production of cured meats instead of the wholesale meat trade and it soon became a trusted partner of the main Italian and European sliced meet industries.
